Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.
